Job summary

UKG is seeking an Employee Relations Partner within the Transformation & Employment Practices team to advise on policy interpretation, employment compliance, and workforce transformation across multiple jurisdictions. You will partner with Legal, HRBPs, Employee Relations colleagues, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent application of employment standards and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, employment practices, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience.

Responsibilities

• Support policy development, interpretation, and compliance across global and regional contexts.
• Monitor changes in employment laws and assess potential impacts on policies and processes.
• Assist with State and Federal Reporting as needed.
• Support employment practice reviews and audits, identify risks and aid corrective actions.
• Assist with COI governance, routine disclosures, and approvals with Legal and Compliance.
• Draft and review employment-related agreements, notices, and communications.
• Participate in workforce transformation initiatives and due diligence for mergers/acquisitions.
• Deliver training related to employment policies and compliance requirements.
