P3 Printing, Packaging & Paper Executive Recruiters is seeking a Global Ecommerce Returns Solutions Sales Specialist to lead the growth of an international returns platform for world‑class ecommerce brands.

As a trusted advisor, you will own the full sales journey from identifying opportunities to closing strategic partnerships, building long‑term relationships, and delivering compelling product demonstrations with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in returns, SaaS, ecommerce tech, logistics, packaging, or related environments.
• Experience selling complex solutions and managing consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, APIs, and software integrations.
• Experience presenting technology solutions and delivering product demonstrations.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation and business development skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Experience in ecommerce returns, reverse logistics, cross-border commerce, or customer experience solutions.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar platforms preferred.
