You will own performance for returned, excess, and end-of-life products, build cross-functional plans, and push AI-driven process improvements while coordinating with partners. This role offers a broad scope across analytics, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Global leadership experience across regions and functions.
• Extensive knowledge of reverse logistics and remarketing.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Executive communication translating data into decisions, risks and actions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage external partners.
• Continuous improvement and digital transformation experience.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain or related field.
• Willingness to travel 25%.
• PMP and CPI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead worldwide product returns and remarketing strategy across forecasting, operations, disposition, resale, refurbishment, recycling, and recovery pathways.
• Own business performance for returned, excess, and end-of-life products, including inventory velocity, aging exposure, recovery value, cost, service levels, and customer experience.
• Develop and govern global operating processes, KPIs, and performance routines.
• Build and manage cross-functional execution plans with reverse logistics, refurbishment, finance, category, sales, planning, regional operations, and external partners.
• Use market, financial, operational, and inventory insights to identify recovery opportunities, manage risks, forecast outcomes, and recommend actions to senior leadership.
• Drive process standardization, AI and automation, digital enablement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
