Job summary

Amazon Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce is seeking a senior product leader to own the vision and roadmap for under-the-roof quality across our global Reverse Logistics network. You will translate complex operations into clear product requirements, prioritize backlogs, and partner with engineering and data science teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

You will define success metrics, influence senior leadership in cross-functional forums, and drive initiatives that improve recovery

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• 6+ years of team management experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience deploying machine learning systems for large-scale optimizations.
• Experience communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
• Master's degree or above in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing.
• Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Experience programmatically testing products, measuring test coverage, developing the best automation, driving testability and diagnostic.
• Experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously and driving goals to completion.
• Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision & roadmap for under-the-roof Advanced programs and own performance across the global Reverse Logistics network
• Translate operational and customer pain points into product and program requirements by conducting deep dives, analyzing data, and working backward from desired outcomes
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making crisp trade-offs between Amazon recovery, seller recovery, and customer trust
• Partner with cross functional engineering, data science, and applied science teams to design and deliver scalable, technology-driven solutions (e.g., fraud detection models) that raise detection rates.
• Define success metrics and KPIs; instrument programs to measure impact and iterate.
• Influence senior leadership by presenting strategy, roadmap progress, and results in WBR, MBR, and QBR forums.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with ReLo Operations, ACES, RCX, and BRP teams to launch new product initiatives that improve recovery while reducing concessions
• Champion a culture of experimentation, A/B tests, pilots, and proof-of-concepts to validate hypotheses before scaling
