Responsibilities

• Lead worldwide product returns and remarketing strategy across forecasting, operations, disposition, resale, refurbishment, recycling, and recovery pathways.
• Own business performance for returned, excess, and end-of-life products, including inventory velocity, aging exposure, recovery value, cost, service levels, and customer experience.
• Develop and govern global operating processes, KPIs, and performance routines to improve predictability, compliance, partner execution, and end-to-end accountability.
• Build and manage cross-functional execution plans with reverse logistics, refurbishment, finance, category, sales, planning, regional operations, and external business partners.
• Use market, financial, operational, and inventory insights to identify recovery opportunities, manage risks, forecast outcomes, and recommend actions to senior leadership.
• Drive process standardization, AI and automation, and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste and scale global execution.
