CEVA Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the strategic management, optimization, and daily execution of logistics operations with a focus on e-commerce returns management for key clients. You will drive performance across the network, align with budgets, and ensure service levels are met.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical acumen, and proven ability to manage large teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience in operations leading large structures.
• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or Engineering.
• Strong proficiency with MS Excel and ERP/WMS data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations and KPIs to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Plan staffing against forecasts and manage capacity.
• Manage budgeting, P&L, and cost control.
• Build client relationships and report SLA/KPI performance.
• Drive lean improvements and continuous process optimization.
• Lead and develop large teams and succession planning.
• Supervise warehouse infrastructure and assets.
• Ensure H&S compliance and participate in audits.
