Job summary

Naukri Mitra is seeking an experienced Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Lead to own our wellness initiative from top to bottom, ensuring it meets real employee needs and remains accessible across a distributed workforce.

You'll partner with HR, managers, and external counselors, run workshops on mental health, analyze usage data, and shape how leadership supports employee well-being across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, social work or related field.
• Master's degree or licensure such as LCSW preferred.
• Experience running employee assistance programs, preferably remotely.
• Strong knowledge of employee well-being and counseling practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and build the EAP program end-to-end, aligning with workforce needs.
• Engage with employees, coordinate with external counselors, and facilitate referrals.
• Run workshops and training on mental health and well-being.
• Track usage and turn data into leadership recommendations.
• Inform and train managers to recognize when support is needed.
