Spring Health seeks an EAP Management Consultant to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness. Hours are 1:30pm-10pm ET, with flexibility to sit out of any time zone. You will coordinate critical incident responses, manage referrals, and guide counselors working with employees.

The role requires LPC/LCSW/LMFT or Psychologist licensure with at least 3 years’ independent practice, SAP qualified or CEAP preferred, and proven crisis management within EAP programs.

Formación

• LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist license with minimum 3 years independent licensure.
• SAP qualified preferred.
• CEAP certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience with management/HR preferred.
• Crisis management and SUD experience.
• Familiarity with EAP/human services terminology.
• EAP experience.
• Experience delivering and coordinating critical incident response.
• Experience working with diverse populations; bilingual preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare settings and community resources.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and context switch.

Responsabilidades

• Provide management consultation to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness.
• Coordinate critical incident response requests.
• Deliver virtual critical incident response requests.
• Complete management referral intakes; coordinate with providers and HR/Managers.
• Manage daily shifts on incoming queue and meet SLA requirements.
• Provide follow-up to monitor compliance and feedback to supervisors.
• Ensure necessary paperwork with providers and HR/Managers.
• Provide limited after care monitoring to ensure safety and continuation of treatment.
• Assess risk and manage crises with in-the-moment support.
• Identify and solve barriers to care with leadership support.
• Act as SME on customer benefits ecosystem to provide referrals.
• Maintain accurate documentation meeting risk/regulatory requirements.
