Job summary

• Oversee quality assurance procedures and data collection for EAP and Work/Life programs.
• Direct the BHS EAP and develop policies, procedures and standards for the entire BHS book of business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for administration of the EAP and oversee policy, training, statistics and program initiatives.
• Analyze and evaluate policies and program operations to ensure alignment with strategic plans and business metrics.
• Oversee QA procedures and data collection for EAP and Work/Life data; perform statistical/system evaluations.
• Direct the BHS EAP and develop policies, procedures and standards for implementation across the BHS book of business.
