Job summary

Spring Health, a global mental health company, is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide management consultation to HR representatives, management, and employees to improve wellbeing and effectiveness across the organization.

The role emphasizes crisis response, risk assessment, and referral follow-up, with duties including coordinating virtual incident responses, intake referrals, and safety planning. Work hours are 1:30pm–10pm ET from any time zone.

Qualifications

• Hold independent licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with EAP, crisis management, and working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide management consultation to HR representatives, management, and employees to improve wellbeing and effectiveness.
• Coordinate and deliver virtual critical incident response requests.
• Complete management referral intakes and follow-up to monitor employee compliance.
• Assess risk and manage crises with triage, safety planning, and follow-up.
