Job summary

Motive is seeking a Global Director, Role Readiness to lead and scale our longer-form enablement portfolio across GTM functions. You’ll oversee internships, onboarding, bridge programs, and the ramp journey from month two to month six, guiding a team of 11 and ensuring rapid, measurable productivity.

You’ll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Legal to keep curricula current, build AI-powered tools, and drive programs that accelerate new-hire success and career progression

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales enablement at a fast-growing SaaS company.
• Experience leading people managers.
• Experience running global enablement programs across diverse markets.

Responsibilities

• Define key portfolio metrics and targets.
• Partner with Sales Ops on attribution models connecting onboarding and ramp programs to pipeline and quota attainment.
• Regularly report progress to executive leadership with justification for resources.
• Build and launch a unified internship program spanning multiple GTM functions.
• Iterate on onboarding tracks across GTM roles for regional needs.
• Own the ramp journey from onboarding to fully productive.
• Expand bridge programs to prepare top performers for advanced roles.
• Lead a team of 11 and foster a culture of ownership.
• Create accountability systems with clear owners and timelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance, and Legal on curricula.
