Job summary

Motive seeks a Global Director, Role Readiness to lead and scale our GTM enablement portfolio, including internships, onboarding, and bridge programs. This role heads 11 people, ensuring fast, measurable productivity across Sales, Sales Development, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success.

You'll design unified curricula, set accountability for all programs, and partner with cross‑functional teams to keep training current and well‑resourced, driving tangible business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales enablement, scaling onboarding/ramp programs at a fast-growing SaaS company.
• Experience leading people managers on a sizable team.
• Hands-on with AI-powered enablement tools and dashboards.
• Fluency in established sales methodologies and alignment with proprietary approaches.
• Global enablement programs across diverse markets and roles.

Responsibilities

• Define key portfolio metrics and set clear targets for the team.
• Partner with Sales Ops and leadership on attribution models.
• Report progress to executives with resource justifications.
• Build and launch a unified internship program across GTM functions.
• Iterate onboarding tracks for regional, segment, and role needs.
• Own ramp journey from onboarded to fully productive.
• Oversee bridge programs and coach a team of 11.
• Establish accountability systems with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance, and Legal to keep curricula current.
