Motive is seeking a Global Director, Role Readiness, to own and scale its long-form enablement across GTM. You will lead an 11-person team of managers and drive intern, onboarding, bridge programs, and ramp journeys from month two to six to accelerate time-to- productivity.

You will partner across Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, and Legal to keep curricula current and well-resourced, building a culture of ownership and measurable business impact.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in sales enablement, including scaling onboarding/ramp programs at a fast-growing SaaS company with 5,000+ employees.
• Experience leading people managers on a team of similar size.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered enablement tools (dashboards, roleplay simulators).
• Fluency in established sales methodologies (Sandler, Command of the Message, MEDDPICC) and alignment with Motive's approach.
• Experience running global enablement programs across diverse markets, segments, and roles.

Responsabilidades

• Define metrics for the portfolio and set clear targets.
• Partner with Sales Ops and leadership on attribution models.
• Regularly report progress to executives with resource justification.
• Build and launch a unified internship program and framework.
• Iterate onboarding tracks across GTM roles for regional needs.
• Own ramp journeys from onboarded to fully productive with live and self-paced learning.
• Expand bridge programs to prepare top performers for advanced roles.
• Lead a team of 11, building a culture of ownership and execution.
• Create accountability systems with clear owners and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance, and Legal on curricula.
