Job summary

Motive is seeking a Global Director, Role Readiness, to own and scale its long-form enablement portfolio across GTM functions. You will lead an 11-member team, drive internship programs, and shape onboarding from month two through month six to maximize productivity across regions.

You will partner with Sales Ops, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to ensure curricula are current, comprehensive, and well-resourced, delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales enablement at a fast-growing SaaS company.
• Passion for new hire onboarding and employee experience.
• Ability to build accountability systems at scale.
• Experience leading people managers on a sizeable team.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered enablement tools.
• Fluent with established sales methodologies and Kirkpatrick model.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics for portfolio success and hold the team to targets.
• Partner with Sales Ops and leadership on attribution models.
• Report progress to executive leadership with resource justifications.
• Build and launch a unified internship program across GTM functions.
• Iterate onboarding tracks tailored to regional needs within the global curriculum.
• Own ramp journey from onboarded to fully productive with live and self-paced learning.
• Expand and oversee bridge programs for top performers to advanced roles.
• Lead and coach 11-person team with a culture of ownership.
• Build systems for accountability with clear owners and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance, and Legal on curricula.
