Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Global Onboarding & Enablement Operations Program Manager to lead onboarding, training and enablement initiatives across a global GTM organization. You will build scalable processes, own calendars and OKRs, and collaborate with RevOps, Product Marketing, People and Sales to deliver high-impact programs.

The role emphasizes live facilitation, content development, and data-driven improvements, with remote-first work and regional coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience running onboarding, training or enablement programmes in a fast-moving GTM, sales or commercial environment.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead live sessions and engage different audiences.
• Experience developing training materials and e-learning content that help people understand and apply new skills.
• Experience building and running team operations, such as OKR and roadmap tracking, and operating rhythms, with the ability to coordinate dependencies across teams and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards, trackers and reporting processes, with the ability to use data to measure progress and inform decisions.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), such as WorkRamp, and an understanding of how to manage learning content and track completion.
• A strong passion for using AI tools and agents, with hands-on experience applying them to automate repetitive tasks and improve processes.
• A creative, curious approach to problem-solving, with initiative to question existing ways of working and explore better solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM onboarding: manage onboarding cohorts end to end across regions with consistent, engaging experiences.
• Develop and maintain learning content: create training materials and e-learning modules, keeping content accurate and navigable.
• Coordinate certifications and enablement launches: manage calendars, milestones and follow-ups.
• Measure programme performance: maintain dashboards and reporting on onboarding, ramp metrics and OKRs.
• Own enablement operations: track OKRs and roadmaps, calendars, rhythms and dependencies.
• Support major enablement events: plan and deliver events such as Sales Kick-Off.
