Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Executive Global Industry Specialists & Solutions leader for the Automotive & Manufacturing unit. You will drive end-to-end industry solutions across software-defined vehicle, autonomous mobility, smart manufacturing, and supply chain, leading global teams and coordinating across multiple Amazon business units to realize AI-driven transformations for customers.

As a senior leader, you will engage with C-level executives, shape strategic partnerships, and guide scalable GTM

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or 15+ years of equivalent leadership experience.
15+ years leading global teams in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership in Automotive & Manufacturing.
5+ years of working knowledge of cloud computing, AI/ML, or emerging technology paradigms applied to automotive/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a comprehensive Go-To-Market plan for the global Automotive & Manufacturing sector with prioritization and pipeline generation.
Identify and realize business opportunities to generate customer value and AWS AI/cloud revenue with multi-year targets.
Lead a global team of senior solutions architects and BD professionals; drive CxO engagement and thought leadership.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering to shape roadmaps and customer-driven priorities.
Establish scalable engagement playbooks and partner GTM motions for automotive/manufacturing cloud opportunities.
