Ripple Inc. is hiring a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager in New York to expand the XRPL ecosystem by engaging startups, founders, VCs, accelerators, and corporates.

You will shape strategy, manage relationships, and drive real-world adoption across cross-border payments, stablecoins, and related pillars. You’ll operate autonomously within a global team, prioritizing emerging markets such as Latin America, and coordinating with Product, Engineering, BD, and Go-to-Market to move opportunities from

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, partnerships, or venture work in fintech/payments.
• Strong network with fintech, crypto, and corporate partners.
• Ability to translate market signals into growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage a high-quality ecosystem pipeline with VCs, accelerators, and corporates.
• Own end-to-end deals from initial contact to grant, partnership, or investment.
• Shape strategy, collaborate with product/engineering, and influence roadmap.
• Build market adoption initiatives across XRPL ecosystem and participants.
