Optomi is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager in Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid) to own global demand generation strategy and execution, driving pipeline growth and revenue. The role requires strong SaaS experience, Salesforce proficiency, and collaboration with Sales and Marketing to optimize campaigns and conversions.

The candidate will mentor the Demand Generation Coordinator, work with BDRs, AEs, and executives, and leverage data-driven approaches to improve lead quality and performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a SaaS environment with a focus on B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and execute demand generation strategies and marketing plans, ideally globally.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and tracking pipeline performance, campaign effectiveness, and conversion metrics.
• Demonstrated accountability for pipeline generation and revenue contribution.
• Strong collaboration skills with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Experience with account prioritization, data analysis, or mentoring junior team members; familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools is a plus.

• Develop and execute a global demand generation plan aligned with business goals and revenue targets.
• Own demand generation initiatives end-to-end from planning to optimization.
• Drive qualified pipeline growth and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, BDRs, and AEs to align campaigns and target accounts.
• Use Salesforce and performance data to track results, identify trends, and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape demand generation strategy and mentor the Demand Generation Coordinator.
