Job summary

OTR Solutions is seeking a data-driven Demand Generation Manager in Roswell, GA to lead integrated campaigns across paid media, email, website, and content. You will translate business goals into measurable growth programs and own metrics from lead quality to pipeline and revenue.

Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you’ll guide the team, set priorities, and optimize performance while staying hands-on in campaign development when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or related field.
• Experience owning multi-channel programs from strategy through execution and analysis.
• Strong understanding of funnel performance, paid media, and budget management.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and campaign management technologies.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy and campaign planning across products and audiences.
• Lead planning, development, launch, and optimization of integrated campaigns across channels.
• Provide strategic direction and support to team members, setting priorities and testing plans.
• Own funnel performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Manage paid media and campaign budgets, adjusting as needed.
• Develop audience lifecycle, nurture, and testing strategies to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to improve lead quality and funnel performance.
• Translate campaign strategy into effective messaging, creative direction, and conversion experiences.
• Remain hands-on with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and AI-enabled tools.
