Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager in Alpharetta, GA, to lead integrated demand generation campaigns and shape marketing strategy. This role requires extensive B2B marketing experience and strong cross-functional collaboration to drive pipeline growth.

You will partner with the Director of Marketing and business leaders, align campaigns with commercial priorities, and manage budgets and agency partners. Onsite work is required with some collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business-to-Business marketing with integrated campaigns experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to balance urgency, value, resources, and impact in cross-functional teams.
• Experience translating customer needs into messaging and multi-channel strategies.
• Familiarity with campaign performance data and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual marketing plans aligned with commercial priorities and growth goals.
• Own development and execution of integrated demand generation campaigns.
• Translate objectives and insights into compelling messaging and content plans.
• Collaborate with Sales to optimize lead follow-up and sales enablement.
• Lead B2B campaign strategy from planning through launch and analysis.
• Define KPIs, monitor dashboards, and optimize programs based on results.
• Manage campaign budgets with focus on smart investment and ROI.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams with agencies and vendors.
• Identify process opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Use Monday.com or similar tools to track campaigns and deadlines.
