Job summary

Teletrac Navman is seeking a Global Director of Demand Generation to own the engine that turns market demand into qualified pipeline. You will set global acquisition strategy and run the website as our primary pipeline asset, building an AI-enabled team that grows marketing-sourced revenue efficiently across regions.

You will be accountable for a pipeline number, decide where to allocate spend, and drive alignment between marketing and sales from first touch to closed-won.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B demand generation or digital marketing.
• Experience leading multi-region teams and agencies.
• Proven ability to own a pipeline target and grow marketing-sourced pipeline with efficient CAC.
• Hands-on depth in SEO, paid search, paid social; familiarity with AI marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own global acquisition strategy and annual demand plan by region and product line.
• Design full-funnel programs across paid, organic, owned, partner and outbound channels.
• Run ABM for enterprise targets using intent data to prioritize accounts.
• Own the global website as the primary pipeline asset and modernize the tech stack.
• Lead marketing operations, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales.
