Teletrac Navman is seeking a Global Director of Demand Generation to own the engine driving market demand into a qualified pipeline. You will set the global acquisition strategy and run the website as the primary pipeline asset, building a data-driven, AI-enabled team to grow marketing-sourced revenue across all regions.

You will be accountable for a pipeline number, decide where to allocate the next dollar, and align marketing and sales from first touch to close-won.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field or equivalent experience (MBA beneficial).
• 10+ years in B2B demand generation or digital marketing, including 7+ years in B2B SaaS.
• 5+ years leading multi-region teams and agencies, ideally across North America, EMEA and APAC.
• Proven record of owning a pipeline target and growing marketing-sourced pipeline at an efficient CAC.
• Hands-on depth in SEO, paid search and paid social, plus working knowledge of AI search optimization (GEO/AEO).
• Experience running a corporate website as a conversion engine, including CMS migration, CRO and multi-language localization.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own the global acquisition strategy and annual demand plan, setting pipeline targets by region, segment and product line.
• Design full-funnel, always-on programs across paid, organic, owned, partner and outbound channels.
• Lead account-based programs for enterprise targets using intent data to prioritize accounts.
• Manage the global media budget with allocation rules to maximize pipeline at lowest cost.
• Test and scale new channels, including LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV and partner co-marketing.
