Teletrac Navman seeks a Global Director of Demand Generation to own the engine turning market demand into qualified pipeline. You will set global acquisition strategy and run the website as our primary pipeline asset.

You will lead a data-driven, AI-enabled team, own a pipeline target, optimize spend, and align marketing with sales across regions, focusing on multi-channel programs and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field (MBA beneficial).
• 10+ years in B2B demand generation or digital marketing (7+ years in B2B SaaS).
• 5+ years leading multi-region teams and agencies (NA, EMEA, APAC).
• Proven pipeline ownership with efficient CAC.
• Hands-on SEO, paid search and paid social; AI search optimization knowledge.
• Experience running a corporate website as a conversion engine; CMS migration and CRO.

Responsabilités

• Define global demand strategy and annual pipeline targets by region and product line.
• Design full-funnel programs across paid, organic, owned, partner channels.
• Run ABM programs for enterprise targets using intent data.
• Manage global media budget with cost-effective allocation.
• Lead website as a product with backlogs, testing, and localization.
