Job summary

Teletrac Navman is seeking a Global Director of Demand Generation to own the engine that turns market demand into qualified pipeline. This leader will set the global acquisition strategy, run the website as the primary pipeline asset, and build a data-driven, AI-enabled team to grow marketing-sourced revenue across regions.

You will be accountable for a pipeline number and decide where to allocate spend, tests, and how marketing and sales collaborate from first touch to close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field (MBA beneficial).
• 10+ years in B2B demand generation or digital marketing.
• 5+ years leading multi-region teams and agencies.
• Proven pipeline ownership and CAC-positive growth.
• Strong SEO, paid search, paid social and AI search familiarity.
• Experience running a website as a conversion engine with CMS migration.

Responsibilities

• Own global demand strategy, annual plan and regional targets.
• Design full-funnel programs across paid, organic, owned and partner channels.
• Run ABM programs for enterprise targets using intent and engagement data.
• Manage global media budget with channel optimization for pipeline.
• Lead website as primary pipeline asset with CRO and localization.
• Lead analytics, attribution and reporting for funnel performance.
• Partner with Sales on speed-to-lead, lead quality and recapture.
