Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Senior Director, Delivery Center Strategy & Integration to join the team and lead the development and optimization of our Global Delivery Center ecosystem across regions. This role shapes the GDC strategy, service catalog, location strategy and workforce planning.

The successful candidate will drive adoption and execution of cross‑center programs, govern with SteerCo and reviews, and partner with senior leaders to build scalable, high‑performing delivery centers

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
12+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
Proven track record in building, scaling and integrating global delivery centers across regions.
Strong executive communication and influencing skills.
Fluent and professional English—verbal and written.
Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-year GDC strategy and service catalog development.
Drive adoption, standardization and integration across delivery centers.
Establish and drive stakeholder governance including SteerCo and reviews.
Develop the GDC Playbook with operating model, governance, KPIs and workforce planning.
Establish onboarding playbooks and transition processes to support growth to 10,000+ resources.
