Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Senior Director, Delivery Center Strategy & Integration to lead the GDC ecosystem across regions, building strategy, service catalog, location models and placement guidelines to scale to 10,000+ resources.

In this Senior Director role, you will drive adoption and governance, oversee portfolio execution of integration programs and partner with senior leadership to standardize delivery across centers. Fluency in English and hands-on leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
• Proven track record in building, scaling and integrating global delivery centers across multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models and multi-tower integration.
• Excellent communication, presentation and executive-level influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with strategic thinking and execution bias.
• Fluent and professional English—verbal and written.
• Ability to work in multinational environments and collaborate with senior leadership.
• Experience in high-growth environments with 500+ to 1000 resources ramp-ups.
• Regular international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year GDC strategy and service catalog across delivery centers.
• Drive adoption, standardization and integration across delivery centers.
• Establish stakeholder management and governance including SteerCo’s and reviews.
• Develop the GDC Playbook with operating model, governance, KPIs and workforce planning.
• Establish onboarding playbooks and transition processes to grow to 10,000+ delivery resources.
