Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Senior Director, Delivery Center Strategy & Integration to lead the growth, integration and optimization of the Global Delivery Center ecosystem across multiple regions. The role emphasizes building strategy, operating models and a scalable workforce to support 10,000+ resources while driving adoption and governance at the executive level.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or a related field.
12+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations or managed services.
Proven track record in building, scaling and integrating global delivery centers across regions.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of the overarching multi-year GDC strategy, service catalog, location strategy and work placement guidelines across centers.
Manage a portfolio of programs to drive adoption, standardization and integration across delivery centers.
Establish stakeholder management and governance including SteerCo's and governance reviews.
Develop the GDC Playbook covering operating model, governance, processes, KPIs, knowledge management and workforce planning.
Establish onboarding playbooks, transition processes and best practices to support growth to 10,000+ resources across centers.
Other duties as assigned.
