Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Senior Director, Delivery Center Strategy & Integration to lead the development and scale of the Global Delivery Center (GDC) ecosystem across multiple regions. This role focuses on building, integrating and optimizing the GDC strategy, service catalog, location strategy, and workforce planning to reach 10,000+ delivery resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field (MBA preferred).
• 12+ years in IT service delivery, shared services, or global operations.
• Proven track record in building, scaling and integrating global delivery centers across regions.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models and multi-tower integration.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with execution bias and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop overarching multi-year GDC strategy and service catalog across centers.
• Drive portfolio of programs to enable adoption, standardization, and integration.
• Establish governance with SteerCo's and reviews to communicate progress.
• Create the GDC Playbook: operating model, processes, KPIs, knowledge management, workforce planning.
• Develop onboarding playbooks and transition processes to scale delivery resources to 10,000+ across centers.
