Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks a Senior Director, Delivery Center Strategy & Integration to build and scale its Global Delivery Center ecosystem across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. You will define the GDC strategy, manage the service catalog, and guide location strategies and staffing plans to reach 10,000+ resources.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or another related field; MBA preferred.
12+ years in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
Proven track record in building and integrating global delivery centers.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of the multi-year GDC strategy and service catalog across centers.
Drive adoption, governance and stakeholder management across the organization.
Develop the GDC Playbook with operating model, KPIs and workforce planning.
Establish onboarding playbooks, transition processes, and scalable practices for growth.
Oversee programs to standardize and integrate delivery centers across regions.
