Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Senior Director, Delivery Center Strategy & Integration to lead the Global Delivery Center (GDC) strategy and integration across regions. You will build, scale and standardize delivery centers, with a goal to grow the workforce to 10,000+ resources.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in IT service delivery or global operations, exceptional executive communication, and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
• Proven track record building, scaling and integrating global delivery centers across regions.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models and global service delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation and executive-level influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with strategic thinking and strong execution bias.
• Fluent, professional English—verbal and written.
• Experience working in multinational environments and with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the overarching multi-year GDC strategy and service catalog.
• Drive adoption, standardization and integration across delivery centers.
• Establish governance with SteerCo, monthly/quarterly strategy reviews.
• Develop the GDC Playbook including operating model, processes, KPIs and workforce planning.
• Create onboarding playbooks and transition processes to grow to 10,000+ resources.
