Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Senior Director, Delivery Center Strategy & Integration to lead and optimize our Global Delivery Center ecosystem across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. The role will establish the GDC strategy, service catalog, location strategy, and work placement guidelines to scale the workforce beyond 10,000 resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or another related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services environments.
• Proven track record in building, scaling and integrating global delivery centers across multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery model, global service delivery, and multi-tower integration.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the overarching multi-year GDC strategy, service catalog, and location strategy across delivery centers.
• Drive the portfolio of programs to build, adopt, standardize and integrate across centers.
• Establish stakeholder management and governance including SteerCo’s and reviews.
• Develop the GDC Playbook with operating model, governance, processes, KPIs, and workforce planning.
• Establish onboarding playbooks, transition processes, and best practices to grow to 10,000+ resources across centers.
