Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
- Proven track record in building, scaling and integrating global delivery centers across regions.
- Fluent English with strong executive-level communication and influence.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a multi-year Global Delivery Center strategy and service catalog.
- Drive adoption, standardization and integration across delivery centers.
- Develop onboarding playbooks, transition processes and workforce planning for 10,000+ resources.
- Establish governance with SteerCo, quarterly reviews and stakeholder communications.
