Grant Thornton is seeking a Senior Director, Delivery Center Strategy & Integration to lead the Global Delivery Center strategy and execution across multiple regions. The role focuses on building, scaling and integrating delivery centers, defining a service catalog, and guiding workforce planning for 10,000+ resources.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in IT service delivery, strong executive presence, and a proven ability to influence senior leadership while driving programs across onshore,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services experience.
• Proven track record in building, scaling and integrating global delivery centers across regions.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models and global service delivery.
• Executive-level communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with strategic thinking and execution bias.
• Fluent English—verbal and written.
• Experience in high-growth environments with large-scale ramp-ups (500+ to 1000 resources).

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year GDC strategy across delivery centers and service catalog.
• Drive adoption, standardization and integration across centers.
• Establish governance including SteerCo’s and reviews to communicate progress.
• Develop the GDC Playbook with operating model, KPIs and workforce planning.
• Create onboarding playbooks, transitions and best practices to reach 10,000+ resources.
