Grant Thornton is seeking a Senior Director, Delivery Center Strategy & Integration to lead the Global Delivery Center ecosystem across regions, driving strategy, service catalogs, and workforce planning to scale to 10,000+ resources.

The role requires a seasoned IT services leader with strong executive presence, capable of influencing senior leadership and delivering complex, multi-region programs with disruptive impact. Hybrid work model is supported, with in-person attendance as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations or managed services.
• Proven track record in building, scaling and integrating global delivery centers across multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery model and multi-tower integration.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and executive-level influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development the overarching multi-year GDC strategy across delivery centers.
• Lead portfolio of critical programs to drive adoption, standardization and integration across delivery centers.
• Establish and drive governance including SteerCo’s, monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Develop the GDC Playbook, including operating model, governance and KPIs.
• Establish repeatable onboarding playbooks and transition processes to support growth to 10,000+ resources across delivery centers.
