Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or business; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in IT services or managed services with global ops.
• Proven track record with delivery centers across regions.
• Strong KPI, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and executive influence.
• Hands-on leader with strategic execution bias.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Delivery Center Operations and Performance Management across centers.
• Manage budget planning, cost optimization, and financial forecasting.
• Oversee annual plans, forecasts, and monthly performance reviews.
• Collaborate with finance on budgets and offshore center costs.
• Establish governance and stakeholder management processes.
• Develop the GDC Operations Playbook and workforce planning.
• Support high-growth ramp-ups and cross-region integration.
