Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field.
• 12+ years in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
• Proven track record in delivering operations and performance management across global delivery centers.
• Strong understanding of delivery center operations, KPIs and scorecards, and offshore/nearshore/onshore models.
• Excellent communication, presentation and executive influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with strategic thinking and execution bias.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.
• Experience in high-growth environments with large-scale ramp-ups (5,000–10,000+ resources).

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Delivery Center Operations and Performance Management.
• Manage metrics with financial outcomes, budgets, and cost optimization.
• Lead annual operating plans, forecasts and monthly performance reviews.
• Collaborate with finance on budgets, forecasts and expenses for offshore centers.
• Establish governance and stakeholder management including SteerCo’s and reviews.
• Develop the GDC Operations Playbook covering operating model, contracts, invoicing, KPIs and workforce planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
