Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, Delivery Center Integration to join the team and lead the portfolio of programs shaping a global Delivery Center ecosystem across regions.

The role requires seasoned IT services leadership, strong governance, and the ability to influence senior leadership while scaling delivery across 10,000+ resources. A focus on building repeatable processes and an enterprise-grade playbook is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field.
• 10+ years in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
• Experience running transformation programs for multi-region delivery centers at scale.
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery model and multi-tower integration.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with portfolio and program management.
• Fluent and professional English—verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers.
• Drive governance including SteerCos, monthly quarterly reviews and ROI communication.
• Develop the GDC Playbook with operating model, governance, processes, KPIs and workforce planning.
• Establish onboarding playbooks, transition processes, and best practices to support growth to 10,000+ resources.
• Other duties as assigned.
