The ideal candidate is a seasoned IT services executive with proven transformation program leadership, strong communication, and executive presence to influence senior leaders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT service delivery, shared services, global operations or managed services.
• Proven experience running a portfolio of transformation programs across multi-region delivery centers.
• Excellent communication, presentation and executive-level influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with strong portfolio and program management and execution focus.
• Fluent, professional English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs to build and integrate multi-region delivery centers at scale.
• Drive governance with SteerCo meetings and regular reviews to show ROI.
• Develop the GDC Playbook: operating model, governance, KPIs and workforce planning.
• Establish onboarding playbooks, transition processes and best practices to scale to 10,000+ resources.
• Collaborate with senior leadership across the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
