Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks an Associate Director, Delivery Center Organization Effectiveness to lead the Global Delivery Center ecosystem across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. This leader will drive consistency, standardization and a scalable delivery model for 10,000+ resources.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong program management, and executive-level communication within a highly matrixed, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or another related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services environments.
• Proven experience of running a portfolio of transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio of transformation programs for driving consistency and standardization across delivery centers at scale.
• Support build of delivery center strategy, stakeholder management and governance including SteerCo’s, monthly quarterly reviews to communicate progress against the portfolio.
