• Proven track record in running operations and performance management across global delivery centers.
• Strong communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with strategic thinking and execution bias.
• Fluent and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and performance management across Global Delivery Centers.
• Manage budget planning, cost optimization and KPI/scorecard development.
• Oversee annual operating plans, forecasts, and monthly business performance reviews.
• Collaborate with finance to optimize offshore center spend.
• Develop the GDC Operations Playbook and workforce planning.
• Drive stakeholder governance and strategic communication.
