Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, Delivery Center Integration to lead the Global Delivery Center ecosystem across multiple regions. The role focuses on building, integrating and optimizing GDCs with a large global workforce, driving standardization, governance and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or another related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services environments.
• Proven experience of running a portfolio of transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers at scale
• Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery model, global delivery center operations, global service delivery, and multi-tower integration.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills.
• Hands-on leader with strong portfolio and program management and a bias towards execution.
• Fluent and professional English—verbal and written.
• Ability to work in complex, multinational environments and collaborate with senior leadership.
• Experience in high-growth environments with large-scale ramp-ups (500+ - 1000 resources).

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio of transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers at scale.
• Establish and drive governance including SteerCo’s, and reviews to communicate progress against the program portfolio.
• Develop the GDC Playbook with operating model, governance, KPIs, and workforce planning.
• Create onboarding playbooks and transition processes to support growth to 10,000+ resources.
• Other duties as assigned.
