Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
• Proven track record in running operations and performance management across global delivery centers.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, scorecards, onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models; integration experience.
• Fluent English, excellent communication and executive-level influencing skills.
• Experience in high-growth environments with large-scale ramp-ups (5,000-10,000+ resources).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Delivery Center Operations and Performance Management function.
• Oversee budget planning, cost optimization, and forecast accuracy.
• Manage annual operating plans, budgets, and monthly performance reviews.
• Develop the GDC Operations Playbook and governance structures.
• Communicate strategy to SteerCo and senior leadership.
• Drive cross-region integration and scalability initiatives.
