Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT service delivery, shared services or global operations experience.
• Proven track record in delivering operations and performance management across global delivery centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Hub development for delivery centers' performance management.
• Manage budgets, cost optimization, and integration targets across centers.
• Lead annual operating plans, forecasts, and monthly performance reviews for centers.
