Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
• Proven track record in running operations and performance management across global delivery centers.
• Strong communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Delivery Center Operations and Performance Management across multiple regions.
• Oversee budgets, cost optimization, and financial forecasting.
• Develop and manage KPIs, scorecards, operating plans and forecasts.
• Coordinate closely with finance to develop annual budgets and expenses for offshore centers.
• Establish governance and stakeholder management including SteerCo and quarterly reviews.
• Build the GDC Operations Playbook covering operating model, contracts, invoicing, knowledge management and workforce planning.
• Drive scalable processes and initiatives for growth to 10,000+ resources.
