Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Senior Director of Delivery Center Operations and Performance Management to lead the Global Delivery Center (GDC) operations across regions. You will drive budget planning, KPI implementation, forecasting, and performance analytics at scale to support growth beyond 10,000 resources.

In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to shape operating models, governance, and cost optimization, while building scalable processes and playbooks for multi-region delivery

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services environments.
• Proven track record in running operations and performance management across global delivery centers.
• Strong understanding of day-to-day operations of delivery centers, KPIs and scorecards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Delivery Center Operations and Performance Management.
• Oversee budget planning, cost optimization and financial forecasting for delivery centers.
• Develop and manage KPIs, scorecards and governance structures (SteerCo’s, reviews).
• Collaborate with finance to create annual budgets and operating plans for offshore centers.
• Build the GDC Operations Playbook including operating model and workforce planning.
