Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Senior Director of Delivery Center Operations and Performance Management to lead the Global Delivery Center (GDC) ecosystem across multiple regions. This role focuses on operations, budgeting, forecasting, KPI management, and performance analytics to scale the delivery workforce.

The ideal candidate has extensive IT services leadership experience, a strategic mindset, and the ability to influence senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services.
• Proven track record in running operations and performance management across global delivery centers.
• Fluent and professional English—verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to work in complex, multinational environments and collaborate with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Delivery Center Operations and Performance Management across regions.
• Manage budgets, cost optimization, and integration targets across centers.
• Oversee annual operating plans, forecasts, and monthly performance reviews.
• Collaborate with finance to develop budgets and offshore center cost efficiency.
• Establish governance with SteerCo’s and monthly/quarterly reviews to communicate strategy.
• Develop the GDC Operations Playbook including operating model, contract management, and KPIs.
• Other duties as assigned.
