Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT experience or Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of operations and on-call support for data center facilities, mission critical plants, or production facilities experience.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign data center issues and tickets to technicians and operators.
• Manage the performance of a diverse team of data center operation professionals.
• Develop career paths and mentor staff across locations.
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure staffing levels.
• Oversee day-to-day data center operations, including 24/7 shift arrangements and hardware logistics.
• Institute KPI tracking and drive improvements in process and automation.
• Lead large-scale outage responses as call leader.
• Document policies to meet SLAs and industry best practices.
