Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a Data Center Manager to lead a team responsible for maintaining cloud infrastructure across our global data center network.

You will drive operational excellence, develop and optimize processes, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet aggressive growth demands. You will manage engineers and contractors, ensure safety standards, build strong relationships, and implement service methodologies to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing teams of engineers, providing technical and leadership expertise.
• Maintaining existing Data Centers and helping build new ones.
• Constantly improving processes and procedures to drive performance.
• Assisting in managing relationships with external vendors & contractors.
• Liaising with internal teams & management groups to ensure alignment and safety standards.
• Creating and maintaining metrics to drive improvements in data center operations.
