Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business or related field.
• 15+ years in electrical industry with 10+ years global/ regional roles.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and complex, high-value accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global account strategies aligned to customer priorities and Eaton capabilities.
• Lead global GAM governance and escalation models for platform, volume, Capex, pricing and NPD.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C-level decision-makers and drive cross-sell/upsell with cross-functional teams.
• Provide Voice of Customer input to product, systems, solutions, and service leaders.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and ensure regional/local resources align to account plans.
• Monitor performance with financial forecasting, budgeting, and KPI reporting.
