Job summary

The Eaton Global Account VP for Data Center leads global sales for hyperscalers and MTDC accounts, owning growth strategy, KPIs, and customer satisfaction. The role requires executive engagement, cross-functional leadership, and travel 50-60%.

You will shape account governance, drive cross-region collaboration, and deliver end-to-end solutions across Eaton’s products, systems, software, and services. A strong track record in P&L and complex, multi-country deals is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 15+ years in electrical industry sales/account management.
• 10+ years in regional/global roles with P&L responsibility.
• Experience with hyperscalers/MTDC and complex global accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global account strategies aligned to customer priorities and Eaton capabilities.
• Establish the global GAM governance model and executive escalation paths.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders and drive account expansion.
• Lead Customer QBRs and cross-functional teams to deliver milestones and performance.
